28.06.2013 - The helpers: Rotarian and friends at Beijing Restaurant

The arrival of Rotarian and helpers at 4pm on the eve to set up and decorate the stage, table arrangement and also finalizing the programs. The band boys (Ken and Pen) came to help in the singing choir session. PP Mike did a rock n roll for the camera.

There was also a speech rehearsal by the outgoing and incoming president.

Incoming President Moi gave a supper treat for all helpers at a glutton square in Sitiawan. She went to thank all present at the restaurant for the rehearsal and giving their time and effort towards the preparation for a successful installation dinner.
