Unite For Good | Rotary Year 2026–2027

On 24 October 2026, the Rotary Club of Sitiawan celebrated its 66th Presidential Installation at BeiKing Restaurant, Sitiawan, marking another meaningful chapter in the club's proud tradition of fellowship, community service and leadership.

The evening welcomed YB Dato’ Ngeh Koo Ham, Ahli Parlimen Beruas, as the Guest of Honour, whose presence added distinction to the occasion.

The installation saw President Kvier Su Yew Sian take on the leadership of the Rotary Club of Sitiawan for Rotary Year 2026–2027, embracing the theme “Unite For Good.”

The theme serves as a timely reminder that when Rotarians unite with a shared purpose, friendship and goodwill can be transformed into meaningful service. Through teamwork, compassion and commitment, the club continues to contribute to the well-being of the community.

The 66th Presidential Installation was not only a celebration of leadership transition, but also an occasion to renew friendships, recognise the spirit of service and look ahead to another year of fellowship and community engagement.

YB Dato’ Ngeh Koo Ham, Ahli Parlimen Beruas and Guest of Honour, distinguished guests, fellow Rotarians, ladies and gentlemen, good evening.

It is my great honour and privilege to serve as President of the Rotary Club of Sitiawan for Rotary Year 2026–2027. I sincerely thank all members for their confidence and support. I accept this responsibility with humility and a strong commitment to serve.

As we celebrate our 66th Presidential Installation, we recognise the dedication and contributions of our past presidents and fellow Rotarians who have built a proud legacy of friendship, fellowship and community service over the years.

Our Rotary theme this year, “Unite For Good,” reminds us that we are stronger when we work together towards a common purpose. Rotary is not just about meetings and activities; it is about turning goodwill into action and making a positive difference in people's lives.

During my term, I hope to focus on three priorities: First, strengthening fellowship and membership by encouraging greater participation, friendship and mutual support. Second, enhancing community service through meaningful projects, particularly for the less fortunate and those in need. Third, encouraging new members and younger leaders to take an active role in shaping the future of our club.

I believe that every contribution, big or small, counts. With teamwork, dedication and a shared vision, we can achieve much more together. My heartfelt appreciation goes to our Board of Directors, fellow Rotarians, families and friends for their continued support. Let us make 2026–2027 a meaningful year of friendship, service and achievement. Thank you, and have a wonderful evening.

After the formal 66th Presidential Installation Dinner of the Rotary Club of Sitiawan, the evening continued with an equally memorable fellowship gathering at PP Saw’s home.

With a free flow of drinks, delicious finger-licking food and an abundance of snacks, it was truly a wonderful night filled with laughter, joy, camaraderie and friendship.

A heartfelt thank you to PP Saw for the warm hospitality and generosity in bringing everyone together. Beyond the food and drinks, it was the precious moments of sharing stories, catching up with old friends and creating new memories that made the evening so special.

These are the moments that truly embody the spirit of Rotary fellowship.
